AMMAN - Dumpling and Noodles were on the menu of the special Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Confucius Institute (TAG-Confucius) traditional Chinese Food day which was organized for children as part of its cultural activities with a special focus on the Chinese culture and civilization.

TAG-Confucius, the official testing center for China's HSK examinations (Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi), provided an opportunity for children to recognize and share the traditional famous foods in China in addition to chopsticks training.
Children learned the steps for cooking Chinese food and the various ingredients used in making popular dishes.
