Ibn Rushd National Academy Visits

TAG-Confucius Institute

 

AMMAN - Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Confucius Institute (TAG-Confucius), the first official accredited center by the Chinese government and the Department of Hanban to teach Chinese language and to conduct Chinese language proficiency tests, hosted a group of students from Ibn Rushd (Averroes) Academy (Elementary Level) who paid a visit to the Institute to learn more about the Chinese language and culture.  

 

The visit comes as part of the Institute’s strategy to promote the Chinese culture, language and traditions among school students.

 

During the visit, students were introduced to the various aspects of Chinese culture, civilization, language and customs and participated in a number of cultural activities and games.

 

Teacher Amani Amoura from Ibn Rushd /Averroes Academy commended the role played by TAG-Confucius stressing the importance of their visit which contributed to increasing students' knowledge of the Chinese culture, especially as it forms part of their field of study.

 

She also confirmed the School’s commitment to enhancing and reinforcing this knowledge through further cooperation with Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Confucius Institute.
