Forty Eight Students Take HSK and YCT Chinese Proficiency Tests

AMMAN - HSK and YCT Chinese Proficiency Tests were conducted at Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Confucius Institute. Twenty four students sat for HSK test and twenty four students sat for YCT test.

HSK/YCT test is a standardized Chinese Proficiency Test which mainly checks the test takers’ Chinese language competence in daily life, study and work. The Test consists of six levels of HSK test, three levels of HSKK Test, four levels of YCT test and two levels of YCT speaking test.

Chinese Proficiency Test combines with global present situation of Chinese language teaching and the textbooks being used, aiming to facilitate Chinese language teaching and learning.

Successfully passing the HSK is a must to apply for Confucius Institute scholarships.
