TAG-Confucius Institute Participates in “My Story with China” Short Video Contest

From March 9 to 20, TAG-Confucius Institute (TAG-CI) participated in the “My Story with China” short video contest organized by China Cultural Center in Amman and submitted 13 short videos.
This contest aimed to encourage Jordanian students to share their stories with China through short videos and to enhance mutual understanding and cultural exchanges between China and Jordan. TAG-CI attached great importance to this event and actively participated in it. The teachers and students prepared for the contest together, showing the spirit of cooperation from speech conception and writing to video shooting and editing.
The videos of TAG-CI students were rich in content. Some students talked about their experiences of studying, traveling and living in China, and shared their unforgettable memories in China; some students reviewed their gains from participating in exchange programs in China; and some students even focused on how Chinese wisdom can bring positive influence on the development of the world. They expressed their love for Chinese language, Chinese culture and China from the bottom of their hearts, 
This event not only enhanced students’ language expression and cross-cultural communication skills, but also deepened their understanding of China's national conditions and culture. Through the lens, they showcased China in the eyes of contemporary Jordanian youth and injected youthful vitality into the development of friendly relations between China and Jordan.
In the future, TAG-CI will continue to build a platform for language and culture exchanges between China and Jordan, encouraging more students to tell Chinese stories from their own perspectives and become disseminators and witnesses of China-Jordan friendship.
