Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Confucius Institute students were received by 
Shenyang Normal University.

AMMAN February 27, Shenyang Normal University receives 16 students from Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Confucius Institute as a result of the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship for one semester from March to July 2023. 
The students were welcomed by the university administration, represented by Mr. Zhang Wei the Director of the office of International Chinese Language Education, SNU, Ms. Hu Bo the Deputy Director of the office of International Chinese Language Education, SNU and Mr. Sun Fuguang the party Barnch Secretary of College of International Education, SNU.
 The students were introduced to the educational program of the scholarship as well as to the university facilities. 
The students were very happy and excited, and they thanked the university administration for the warm welcome and hospitality.

International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship 

The International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship is launched by the Center for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC), aiming at satisfying the growing demand of the international community for Chinese language teachers and facilitating Chinese education in other countries.

 It includes such categories as Scholarship for Doctor’s Degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (DTCSOL), Scholarship for Master’s Degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (MTCSOL), Scholarship for Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (BTCSOL), Scholarship for One-Academic-Year Study, Scholarship for One-Semester Study and Scholarship for Four-Week Study. The applicants should pass the corresponding HSK tests and oral tests in order to win the scholarship.

The International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship provides full coverage on tuition fees, accommodation fees, living allowance (four-week study students excluded) and comprehensive medical insurance expenses.
