Riyadh, June 16, 2010, SPA -- Prince Talal Ibn Abdulaziz, President of Arab Gulf Program for United Nations Development Organizations (AGFUND) has emphasized the need for achieving the Goals of Millennium Development by the year 2015, pointing out that there are still many countries far from providing the requirements to achieve these goals.

In a meeting here during this week with President of United Nations Coalition of Information Technology and Communication Talal Abu Ghazaleh, the Prince said that AGFUND has been proceeding forward in support of United Nations efforts for local-content technology and its utilization for development through partnerships.

On his part, Abu Ghazaleh praised Prince Talal Ibn Abdulaziz for his developmental efforts and roles at Arab and international arenas, describing AGFUND as a model of success in the Arab world.
