Twenty Students to Participate in TAG-Confucius Institute 2016 Summer Camp to China

AMMAN - Twenty students have received the invitation letters from Shenyang Normal University (the Chinese partner university of TAG-Confucius Institute) to participate in the Confucius Institute summer camp to China 2016.

From the beginning of May till now, TAG-Confucius Institute has been busy with the promotion, recruitment, invitation letter, visa application and airtickets booking of the summer camp.

Confucius Institute Summer Camp is an annual Chinese language and culture program sponsored by Confucius Institute Headquarters/Hanban in China in cooperation with Confucius Institutes. This program aims at enhancing Sino-foreign youth exchanges, deepening students’ understanding of and personal experience with Chinese language and culture, and stimulating their passion for learning Chinese.

This exciting trip to China offers the campers a unique opportunity to experience China. Campers will have intensive but fun language study as well as a wide range of cultural experiences such as Chinese martial arts, calligraphy, water and ink painting, tea ceremony, paper-cutting and Chinese delicious food, etc. Campers will also visit cultural landmarks and historical sites, etc.
